At XYBLANKS, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and straightforward refund and return process outlined below.

1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your product, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
  • You must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Customized products, such as those with logos or personalized designs, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect.

2. Initiating a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, you can:

  2. Log in to your account on our website and select the return option under your order details.
  3. If approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product.

Note: Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Reasons for Return

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product does not match the description or specifications provided.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect not caused by misuse.

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., size or color), the product must still meet the conditions listed above.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase.
  • Products missing original packaging, tags, or labels.
  • Clearance or sale items.

5. Refund Process

6. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product:

  • Return the item as per the instructions above.
  • Place a new order for the replacement item once the return is approved.
  • Any price difference between the exchanged and replacement items will be adjusted accordingly. If the new item is cheaper, the difference will be refunded. If it is more expensive, you will need to pay the balance.

7. Shipping Costs

  • If the return or exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • For returns or exchanges due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

8. Refusal to Receive Returned Products

If the store denies a return or exchange request and the customer refuses to reclaim the product, XYBLANKS reserves the right to dispose of the product after 15 days from the refusal notification.

9. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For products shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
